Once your payment is received, we immediately start arranging permits, accommodations, and guides to ensure everything is ready for your adventure.

We understand that plans can change. For cancellations made more than 30 days before departure, we offer a full refund of your deposit minus any transaction fees. Cancellations 15–30 days prior are eligible for a 50% refund of the total cost, while cancellations less than 15 days before the trek cannot be refunded due to non-refundable permits and arrangements.

If you need to reschedule, we are happy to help once, provided notice is given at least 30 days in advance. In cases of unforeseen events such as natural disasters or political unrest, we strive to offer alternative dates or partial refunds.
